HSEW Manager - Site Supervision

About the role

The HSEW Manager will lead health, safety, and environmental management for large‑scale road and infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating a zero‑incident environment by ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project HSE Management System.
• Lead safety teams, inspectors and officers across all project zones.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments and risk evaluations.
• Approve risk assessments, method statements and emergency response plans.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE orientation, training programmes and competency evaluations.
• Prepare KPI reports, safety statistics and monthly HSE dashboards.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety or Environmental Sciences.
• 10–15 years of HSE experience on infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, OSHA and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and risk‑management abilities.
• Experience with large‑scale road and highway projects.
