Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will join Raytheon Emirates, a division of RTX, to support senior leadership and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced defence environment. This onsite role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, and enhancing employee experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies that support business goals.
• Embed RTX values into HR processes to strengthen talent development and engagement.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
• Advise managers on structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet current and future needs.
• Identify workforce challenges proactively and translate business priorities into practical HR solutions.
• Provide data‑driven insights to enhance leadership capability and team performance.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to both business leaders and employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or advanced degree with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural, high‑performing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
