Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused Human Resources Business Partner to join ITEC CONSTRUCTIONS in Dubai. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to shape people strategies, drive employee engagement and support talent development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to translate priorities into effective HR strategies.
• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and retention programmes.
• Advise managers on employee relations, HR policies and workplace matters.
• Support learning and development initiatives to build organisational capabilities.
• Analyse HR data and deliver insights for people‑related business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee development.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance and talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic organisation.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
