About the role

Afreen Building Materials is seeking an HR Officer to oversee employee documentation, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination and general HR operations in its Mussafah facility. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee documentation, attendance records, leave requests and coordinate payroll processing.
Prepare, maintain and analyse HR records and regular reports.
Support recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal company policies.
Handle HR correspondence and communication with internal stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all HR matters.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the UAE.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
