Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Safa Community School is seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Coordinator to join its Administration Team. Reporting to the Principal and working closely with senior leaders, you will support all operational HR functions and help deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle – advertise vacancies, arrange interviews and prepare offers.
• Prepare contracts, employment documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Manage new‑starter onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, KHDA requirements, safeguarding, visa and other regulatory obligations.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administration and assist senior leaders with HR‑related queries.
