About the role
We are a people‑powered hotel looking for an HR Manager who can nurture a positive, inclusive culture and enable our team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement programmes that foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Support and administer the annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey and follow‑up actions.
- Lead onboarding, orientation and ongoing support for new team members.
- Educate and coach managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
- Monitor staffing levels, manpower costs and support HR budgeting.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations and resolutions.
- Analyse exit interview data, turnover and absenteeism to identify trends.
- Promote the hotel and brand within the local community.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in hotel HR, including supervisory duties.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
