Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads and manages the full spectrum of HR functions across construction and manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring HR strategies, policies, and processes support business objectives, workforce productivity and compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for construction and manufacturing units.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and timely mobilisation of engineers, technicians and labour.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals and performance reviews.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions while promoting a positive work culture.
• Oversee compensation, payroll inputs, benefits administration and ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies and audit requirements, including Emiratisation targets.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, succession planning and career development programmes.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports and maintain accurate HRIS data for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience, preferably in construction, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and experience managing blue‑collar and site‑based workforce.
• Behavioural competencies: customer focus, accountability, agility, collaboration and result orientation.
