Associate Onboarding

About the role

Sundus Global is seeking an experienced Associate Onboarding to manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding and pre‑boarding operations in Abu Dhabi. This role centers on delivering a seamless joining experience for new hires while coordinating administrative, system, and document workflows for a workforce of 100 to 150 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end pre‑boarding and onboarding workflows for new hires across business units.
• Coordinate visa processing, work permit applications, and statutory employment documentation.
• Maintain complete employee records and update personnel profiles within the HR database.
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to arrange system access, hardware, and workspace readiness.
• Resolve employee queries promptly and deliver daily operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations, internal HR, or talent integration with a strong background in managing high‑volume onboarding populations and bulk hiring.
• Hands‑on proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), workforce management tools, and online visa/work permit portals.
