Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resources functions of a group of companies and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient management of all employee‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations for a group of companies.
• Handle monthly payroll, salaries, employee benefits, and other compensation matters.
• Oversee employee onboarding, contracts, leave, attendance, and personnel records.
• Administer employment visas, work permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities and immigration departments on employee and company matters.
• Maintain company immigration files, visa records, and expiry/renewal schedules.
• Ensure timely processing of new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and other visa‑related requirements.
• Guarantee full compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and government requirements.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on labor, employment, and visa‑related issues.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievances, and termination procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee and company records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably handling multiple companies or a group of companies.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and salary administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR operations and provide sound HR/legal guidance.
