Human Risk Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Risk Management Specialist to act as the primary operational liaison between our vendor and the client in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering cybersecurity awareness and risk‑management programmes for a healthcare‑focused client.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate awareness activities with the client’s Risk & Cybersecurity Awareness team.
• Develop, review and approve Arabic‑language awareness content for cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Manage platform operations, including user management, campaign scheduling and system configuration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client employees and licensed healthcare facility staff.
• Plan and deliver awareness events, workshops and training sessions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for client stakeholders.
• Follow up with non‑compliant users or departments to ensure training completion.
• Support the annual awareness plan, audit documentation (ISO, ISR, DGEP) and monitor human cyber‑risk indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, governance or human cyber‑risk management.
• Native or near‑native Arabic with professional English proficiency.
• At least one relevant certification (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA; CSAP preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare sector cybersecurity requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in Dubai.
