HVAC Sales Engineer – LG Ducted & VRF Units

About the role

The HVAC Sales Engineer will drive sales of LG air‑conditioning solutions, including ducted, split, package and VRF units, across the UAE market. The role focuses on generating enquiries, preparing technical offers and closing orders while meeting defined sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow‑up sales enquiries for LG ducted, split, package and VRF air‑conditioning units across the UAE, focusing on Dubai and the northern Emirates.
• Prepare technical quotations, conduct design reviews and technical estimations, and negotiate offers to secure orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, gross‑margin and order‑booking targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate monthly management reports covering all sales activities, credit approvals and debtor collections.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research, and develop new customer accounts.
• Manage key accounts, follow up on leads and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in HVAC sales engineering or a related technical sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of LG HVAC product portfolio, especially ducted, split and VRF systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently.
