HVAC Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems at our luxury hotel in Dubai. You will ensure that guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas meet the highest standards of comfort, safety and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, alignment, connection and commissioning of air handling units, fan coil units, chillers, package and split units, exhaust and fresh‑air systems, pumps, cooling towers and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical connections, refrigerant levels, filters, belts, bearings, motors, valves, dampers, thermostats, sensors and control systems.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimise breakdowns, reduce energy consumption and extend equipment life.
• Lead scheduled inspections and testing to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and control issues, coordinating corrective actions with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising HVAC projects in a hospitality or large‑scale commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Ability to manage a team, schedule work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
