HVAC Technician – Air Conditioning

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing on DX air conditioning units, split systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in DX systems, effectively repairing or replacing defective parts, compressors, fan motors, and control boards.
- Execute the installation and commissioning of new DX units according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Safely handle, recover, test, and charge refrigerants in strict compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date service logs, repair records, and equipment condition reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience working as an HVAC/AC Technician, with demonstrated expertise handling package units, ducted split units, and VRF systems.
- Relevant technical degree, diploma, or vocational training in HVAC/R.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent physical stamina and a strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
