PMC Construction Superintendent – Civil

About the role

We are seeking a PMC Construction Superintendent – Civil to lead offshore civil construction activities for the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based at the client office with potential offshore rotation, ensuring safe, on‑schedule and budget‑compliant delivery in line with ADNOC standards and international codes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise offshore civil works including foundations, concrete, piling, grouting, structural and marine‑related activities.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, marine teams and other disciplines.
• Review and approve method statements, work packs and construction procedures.
• Enforce ADNOC HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
• Monitor progress against schedule, report deviations and support planning and logistics.
• Act as PMC focal point between ADNOC, EPC contractor and third parties, managing interfaces and SIMOPS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of civil construction experience, with 5–7 years offshore in oil & gas.
• Prior experience on PMC or ADNOC projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore civil construction methods, marine works and ADNOC standards.
