HVAC Technician – Engineering (Dubai)

About the role

Join the Engineering team at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City as an HVAC Technician. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across a large hotel and resort complex.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, install, rebuild, adjust and replace commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration units and HVAC systems.
• Perform major and minor repairs as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on walk‑ins, steamers, ovens, dishwashers, boilers, compressors, chillers and related equipment.
• Track work orders, prioritize tasks and ensure timely repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
• Repair and maintain low‑voltage, equipment‑voltage and control‑voltage systems.
• Inspect, modify and install refrigeration components such as compressors, condensers, pumps, valves and receivers.

Required profile

• Friendly, welcoming and energetic attitude, able to work with a diverse team of over 1,200 colleagues.
• Experience in maintaining HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment in a hospitality environment.
