ICT Project Manager Network & Infrastructure Delivery

About the role

The role involves leading end‑to‑end delivery of ICT infrastructure and network projects for enterprise customers in the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of complex connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, procure, implement, test, and hand over network and data‑centre infrastructure projects.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and variations.
• Coordinate vendors, OEMs, subcontractors, engineers and multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver customer‑facing project management, including UAT/go‑live activities and post‑implementation support.
• Interact regularly with senior customer and government‑sector stakeholders, handling escalations and high‑visibility discussions.

Required profile

• 8–16 years of experience in ICT/Infrastructure project delivery.
• Proven delivery of enterprise connectivity and network projects, including WAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, IP networking, fibre/backbone and wireless.
• Experience managing enterprise network implementations, data‑centre infrastructure and structured cabling projects.
• Background in a system integrator or ICT service provider; UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Highly professional communication skills and confidence in stakeholder meetings.
