Immunology Product Specialist – Dubai

About the role

AbbVie is seeking an Immunology Product Specialist to join its Dubai field team. The role focuses on executing brand strategy, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while keeping the patient at the centre of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute pre‑call plans, conduct post‑call evaluations, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
• Handle objections and customer concerns to secure actionable outcomes on each call.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and negotiate win‑win agreements.
• Maintain a call plan that meets coverage metrics and maximises access to key accounts.
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and product performance with the brand and sales teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and develop disease‑state experts and advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar pharmaceutical/biotechnology role (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
