Registered Nurse – Hospital Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park. The role supports NMC’s vision of clinical excellence by delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with physicians and allied health professionals across various clinical settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
• Educate patients and the public about health conditions and offer emotional support to patients and families.
• Record vital signs, monitor for abnormalities, and escalate issues as needed.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for reactions.
• Perform wound care management and assist in invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a registered nurse with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work across departments when needed.
• Desirable: experience working in an inter‑professional team and proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
• Desirable: ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) knowledge.
• Neonatal resuscitation skills.
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Medication administration and IV therapy.
• Wound care management.
• Comprehensive patient assessment.
