Incharge Proposals / Estimation – Iraq & Kuwait

About the role

The Incharge Proposals / Estimation role is responsible for leading the preparation and submission of EPC shutdown proposals for projects in Iraq and Kuwait. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will manage the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids for shutdown projects.
• Develop man‑hour estimations and cost models.
• Handle pre‑qualification documents and tender submissions.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, planning and commercial teams.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of shutdown scopes and requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proposal/tendering roles within EPC and shutdown projects.
• Hands‑on regional proposal experience in Kuwait and/or Iraq.
• Strong exposure to oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical and industrial shutdown proposals.
• Ability to independently manage end‑to‑end EPC and shutdown proposal lifecycles.
