Inclusion Teacher – Academic Year 2026/27

About the role

Aldar Academies is looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join Bateen World Academy for the 2026‑27 academic year. You will deliver engaging lessons that support the full ability range of students, fostering an inclusive learning environment in a high‑achieving British and IB school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated lessons that inspire all learners.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design curriculum‑aligned activities.
• Work closely with parents, support staff and external specialists (speech therapists, occupational therapists, educational psychologists) to meet individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate assessment records using Target Tracker and use data to inform instruction.
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s behaviour policy.
• Embed Al Mamoura Academy Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout teaching.

Required profile

• Commitment to the school’s core values and an appreciation of regional cultural values.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
• Flexibility to work collaboratively across departments and adapt teaching strategies based on assessment data.
