Income Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Income Auditor to join our hospitality finance team in Dubai. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records across the hotel’s front‑office and F&B operations, supporting compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and audit all Front Office postings and settlements.
• Verify and monitor hotel reports and night‑audit reports.
• Reconcile credit‑card commissions and food‑and‑beverage POS systems.
• Monitor front‑office rebates and review F&B voids for proper authorization.
• Prepare daily operational packages for management review.
• Assist with month‑end closing, bank‑account analysis and income journal entries.
• Report discrepancies to the Audit Supervisor or Accountant.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct surprise float counts and other ad‑hoc accounting tasks.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s financial regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of income‑auditing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
