Industrial Projects Graduate Trainee – Dubai

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding’s Industrial Projects division is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join its NextGen program in Dubai. Over 12 months you will rotate through up to ten functional assignments, each lasting three months, gaining hands‑on experience in core logistics operations and specialised areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations, pricing, and commercial activities for project cargo.
• Assist in digital initiatives, FCL procurement, chartering and vessel operations.
• Contribute to controlling, finance, and ocean freight processes.
• Participate in hub operations and health‑safety‑environment projects.
• Engage with customers and attend industry conferences to build professional networks.

Required profile

• Strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.0) in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering or related fields.
• Or at least two years of relevant work experience or a military background.
• Motivation to develop a career in project logistics and willingness to rotate across functions.
