Influencer Coordinator

About the role

LINKVIVA is seeking a proactive Influencer Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns across its diverse portfolio of events and activations. This freelance position offers the chance to work directly with creators, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of influencer marketing strategies for multiple projects.
• Identify, shortlist, contract, and schedule influencers in line with campaign goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with influencers and talent agencies, ensuring clear expectations and timely deliverables.
• Track content production, usage rights, and deadlines, updating internal records accordingly.
• Review influencer content for brand consistency and quality before publication.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to align messaging and creative assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Support on‑site coordination of influencer activities when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC influencer landscape.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
