Influencer Marketing Manager Arabic Speaker

About the role

PIPA MEDIA is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join its Dubai office. You will design, launch and optimise influencer campaigns, primarily on TikTok, to help brands connect authentically with their audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, vet and recruit influencers that match brand objectives and target demographics.
• Negotiate contracts, manage outreach and maintain ongoing relationships with creators.
• Develop detailed campaign briefs, coordinate content production and ensure timely delivery.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and generate actionable insights for future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align influencer strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Prepare clear, data‑driven reports that demonstrate ROI and campaign impact.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong written and verbal English.
• Proven experience in influencer campaign planning, creator sourcing and relationship management.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, live‑streaming and the broader creator economy.
• Ability to analyse data, measure ROI and present findings in a concise format.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
