Information Security Support Engineer

About the role

The Information Security Support Engineer will ensure that all laptops and desktops across Landmark Group meet the company’s security standards. You will work closely with the IT Helpdesk and business users to maintain a secure endpoint environment in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and verify security agents, endpoint protection solutions, patches and encryption tools on end‑user devices.
• Perform regular compliance checks and remediate configuration gaps.
• Troubleshoot antivirus, endpoint detection, data loss prevention, access control and connectivity issues.
• Support the IT Helpdesk in resolving security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Deliver security awareness sessions to improve safe computing practices.
• Identify process weaknesses, document gaps and propose improvements.
• Monitor adherence to security policies and produce compliance reports.
• Escalate significant risks to technical teams and senior management.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in endpoint security or information security support.
• Strong understanding of security policies, baseline configurations and audit requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work with diverse business users.
