About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Officer to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve computer software, systems, and telecommunications infrastructure for our Luxury Collection property in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Enter commands and operate computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and run devices.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Manage planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
Required profile
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
