Information Technology Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day technology needs of Bidease’s Dubai team. The role ensures that employee access, devices, software and IT processes are handled securely and efficiently, supporting both technical and non‑technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, modify, suspend and revoke employee access to company systems.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, ensuring accounts, equipment and software are ready.
• Manage software subscriptions, licenses and user accounts for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS tools.
• Maintain accurate access records and conduct regular permission reviews.
• Provide first‑line support for logins, permissions, laptops, and other technical issues.
• Support basic IT security measures such as MFA, password policies and admin rights.
• Track and maintain inventory of laptops and other equipment, overseeing setup, repairs and replacements.
• Administer email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and shared drives.
• Document IT processes, track requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and escalate potential IT or security risks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, operations or systems administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing user access, SaaS applications and software licenses.
• Good understanding of basic IT security principles (MFA, access controls).
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
• Strong problem‑solving, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
