In‑house Sales Coordinator – Academy (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

TÜV SÜD is seeking an in‑house Sales Coordinator to support its Academy operations in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, qualify leads and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the sales team while maintaining high standards of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Management: receive, qualify and distribute client leads, keep the CRM system current.
• Sales Support: prepare proposals, quotations and presentations; coordinate meetings and follow‑ups.
• Client Relationship Management: build strong client relationships, address issues promptly and support repeat business.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate sales reports, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Administrative Duties: manage sales documents, contracts and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
