Innovation and Future Readiness Executive

About the role

The Innovation and Future Readiness Executive will support the Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department in activating and developing institutional innovation, future readiness, and foresight frameworks. The role works across all organizational units to ensure alignment with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, international standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support to implement institutional innovation, future readiness and foresight frameworks across the department.
• Operate and monitor the Innovation Management System and Advanced Thinking System, following up with units on compliance.
• Assist units in meeting ISO 56001 requirements, preparing templates, documents, records and evidence.
• Support the development of future scenarios, trend analyses and opportunity assessments in coordination with the Studies Section.
• Track performance indicators for innovation and future readiness and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Facilitate the use of Artificial Intelligence and data‑analytics applications for study and analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 56001 standards and institutional innovation processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple organizational units and follow up on procedural compliance.
• Experience in preparing documentation, templates and evidence for compliance audits.
