In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the In‑Room Dining team at The Meydan Hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in their rooms, adhering to the hotel’s quality standards.
• Provide product knowledge and up‑selling recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Act as the liaison between the kitchen and the service area, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
• Receive, store, and handle food and beverage items in compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Monitor the quality of items served and report any issues to the Outlet Manager or F&B Team Leader.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, collect feedback, and relay it to the team.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably in a five‑star hotel environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform duties with attention to detail.
• Strong guest‑oriented service attitude and good communication skills.
