Inside Sales Engineer (Emirati)

About the role

This position is an entry‑level Inside Sales Engineer role focused on promoting and selling Alfa Laval products and services to customers in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process through proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Investigate customer needs and identify required parts or products.
• Create transactional quotes and actively follow up to ensure understanding and alignment with customer requirements.
• Proactively seek upselling opportunities and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Utilise the CRM tool and other sales support tools consistently and qualitatively.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Emirati nationality (as indicated by the job title).
