Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves proactive outreach by phone and email to build relationships and support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments and prepare commercial proposals for the sales team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture prospects and develop profitable account relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup, servers, storage).
• Motivated by cold calling and skilled at asking probing questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.
