About the role

Fortinet is looking for an upbeat and well‑organized Inside Sales Representative to join its UAE office. You will work closely with External Account Managers to drive revenue growth, manage renewals and develop new business opportunities across defined territories or account lists.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop end‑user relationships to drive renewals and upsell within assigned accounts.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new lead opportunities in target vertical markets.
  • Generate prospective customers through warm and cold calling, and qualify marketing‑generated leads.
  • Build relationships with relevant channel partners to expand opportunity pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and update all activity.
  • Communicate tailored sales propositions to end‑users and achieve set KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on strategic and tactical planning, forecasting and account management tasks such as evaluations, licenses, renewals and quotations.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for smaller opportunities, including renewals.
  • Lead regional marketing campaigns and coordinate with the Telemarketing Team for initial outreach.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% office‑based environment.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and competitive landscape.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC) for CRM management.
