About the role
The Director of Community & Operations will own the operating system that makes Inflection Club feel like a private club rather than a platform. You will design and manage every member touch‑point—from application and onboarding through roundtables, events, and renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the onboarding flow for new members, targeting 90%+ activation within 14 days.
- Own the full sales pipeline from lead to close, manage the Closer, and ensure conversion targets are met.
- Build and maintain the HubSpot CRM pipeline with proper stage definitions, automation, and reporting.
- Lead the member experience layer, including community content calendar, communications, and feedback loops, while monitoring engagement metrics.
- Plan and execute two major live events in Year 1, handling logistics, speaker coordination, venue, production, and follow‑up.
- Manage all member‑facing communications such as newsletters, deal alerts, and community updates, ensuring brand consistency.
- Own the technology stack, configuring the CRM and related automation tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading community and operations functions in a high‑growth environment.
- Track record of managing member onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Experience owning a sales pipeline and revenue operations, including CRM management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large‑scale live events.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
