Inspector – Permitting and Licensing

About the role

The Inspector – Permitting and Licensing will ensure that projects and operations comply with all relevant permitting and licensing regulations, conducting inspections and coordinating with authorities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify documentation related to permits and licenses for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to permit conditions and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies and internal teams to facilitate timely issuance and renewal of permits and licenses.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, inspections, and compliance status, and report findings with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of local, regional, and national permitting and licensing laws.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and report‑writing abilities.
