About the role
The Regional HSSE Manager will lead health, safety, security and environmental initiatives across the Middle East, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional HSE strategy aligned with global objectives and regional priorities.
- Implement and maintain HSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and global QHSSE team to integrate HSE into business processes.
- Track, analyze and report HSE KPIs, leading site visits and training programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and HSE standards.
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills.
Required skills
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
- Microsoft Office suite.
