Installed Base Services Team Lead

About the role

Join Schneider Electric's Field Service Engineering team in Abu Dhabi as the Installed Base Services Team Lead. You will guide a group of Services Representatives, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to meet performance targets and KPIs.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor compliance with quality and HSE standards, and oversee proper documentation.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead generation to grow services revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support overall service operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in services operations, with at least 3 years in a team‑lead role within the electrical or energy sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and energy management.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services is an advantage.
