Institutional Relationship Manager

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist / Relationship Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role covers global markets and targets trading firms, market makers and other institutional clients, with a focus on crypto derivatives and options sales.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity and product developments
• Give feedback to product teams and collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Prepare regular sales performance and market insight reports for management

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives and options sales
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers and other institutional clients
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
