Pricing Manager - Joint Venture

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a Pricing Manager for its Joint Venture business in Abu Dhabi. The role maximizes revenue across joint venture markets by developing and executing pricing strategies tailored to JV partnership dynamics, keeping pricing aligned with partners, monitoring market trends and competitor actions, and collaborating across teams to meet joint PRASK targets and optimize total network value.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize revenue through strategic pricing in JV markets, aligned with PRASK and overall JV goals
• Design and adapt pricing strategies in sync with partner carriers and market demand
• Take part in regular JV meetings and coordinate approvals on fare actions, promotions and tactical responses
• Coordinate with partner airlines on pricing approvals, strategic campaigns and joint performance reviews
• Monitor competitor actions, benchmark pricing and adjust fare products accordingly
• Use pricing tools and data platforms such as O&D, ATPCO, GDS and Tableau to execute and evaluate strategies
• Review performance metrics and propose improvements to pricing or tactical offers
• Work with Sales, Demand, Distribution, Alliances and Network to ensure coherent pricing actions
• Identify gaps and propose enhancements in pricing processes and coordination with partners

Required profile

• Degree level education or relevant analytical experience
• 5 years of experience in a numerate and analytical role
• Experience in joint venture and partner pricing, including offline market handling and interline/codeshare coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATPCO, GDS, DDS and Tableau
• Familiarity with pricing automation tools
