Integrity Engineer

About the role

The Integrity Engineer will coordinate and maintain all integrity‑related procedures for ADNOC Distribution’s facilities. You will manage the Integrity Management System (IMS), ensure compliance with KPIs, and support the implementation of the Asset Integrity Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the IMS database and associated applications.
• Develop and update procedures for IMS reporting, auditing, and data quality checks.
• Coordinate data gathering between the Integrity unit, Maintenance, Inspection, and Operations teams.
• Issue, review, and update the written Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all facilities and evaluate its effectiveness through audits.
• Verify that new plants, equipment, and structures meet integrity specifications before site dispatch and prepare technical reports.
• Update IMS technical reference manuals after risk assessments and threat‑analysis reviews.
• Monitor technical integrity of plant equipment, flag overdue inspections, critical recommendations, and failures.
• Identify integrity issues, propose preventative measures, and manage resolution internally or externally.
• Follow up on approved recommendations through site visits to ensure proper implementation.
• Establish consistent integrity reporting formats and collaborate with other disciplines to resolve data interpretation challenges.
• Participate in HAZOP studies for new projects.
