Internal Auditor – Retail & FMCG Experience Required (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join our Dubai team, focusing on operational processes across retail, consumer and FMCG businesses. The role involves conducting audits, analysing data, and supporting continuous improvement while offering occasional international travel within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal audits of operational processes.
• Identify risks, control gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Utilise data‑analytics tools to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Participate in cross‑border audit assignments and regional projects.

Required profile

• Professional experience in internal audit, preferably within retail, consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to understand end‑to‑end business processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally for audit assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analytics tools used in audit (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI).
