Internal Communication Specialist

About the role

A leading Abu Dhabi‑based group of companies is looking for an experienced Internal Communication Specialist to enhance employee engagement, strengthen organisational culture and ensure effective communication across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Create engaging content for employee communications across multiple channels, including announcements, newsletters, intranet pages, leadership messages and updates.
• Support employee‑engagement and culture initiatives and partner with business leaders to communicate strategic priorities.
• Assist with change‑management and transformation communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and employer brand.
• Coordinate internal events such as town halls and other employee communication activities.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, manage calendars and content schedules, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement or public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
