Head of Marketing & Events (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing & Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals and will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and high‑profile events that enhance our brand presence in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing efforts.
• Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities.
• Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10‑12 years of experience in marketing and events management with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• In‑depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high‑profile events.
• Strong network within the UAE business community.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE National status is required.
