Internal Recruiter

About the role

The Internal Recruiter will lead the full recruitment cycle for Sandwater’s growing real‑estate business in Dubai. Working from the office with the option to work remotely, you will partner with sales directors and managers to attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Post vacancies on multiple channels and develop hiring strategies to reach qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support workforce planning and monitor talent market trends in the UAE real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within Dubai’s real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR best practices (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools.
• Effective interview techniques and candidate assessment.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
