Graduate Search Consultant – Hedge Fund & Commodities

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join our fast‑growing executive search consultancy in Dubai. As a Graduate Search Consultant you will support the identification and placement of top talent for leading hedge funds and commodity trading platforms worldwide. The role offers intensive training, including two weeks in our New York and Edinburgh offices, and a clear pathway to senior consulting positions.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside Vice Presidents, Directors and Managing Directors to deliver search mandates across the globe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and key market individuals.
• Map organisational structures, build detailed org charts and create candidate pipelines.
• Conduct candidate assessments, manage interview processes and support offer negotiations.
• Contribute to business development activities and market research.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from a top university with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
• Resilient, patient and able to handle setbacks.
• Excellent communication and social skills, with a good sense of humor.
• Maturity to engage senior executives and manage multiple projects.
