About the role
Minutes Quick Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Checker to join its Dubai team. The role involves verifying stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth stock management across multiple branches. Candidates with relevant UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Check and verify inventory quantities across company branches.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data regularly.
- Analyze inventory information to identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper stock management.
- Support inventory audits and keep organized documentation.
- Prepare reports on stock levels and inventory movements.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant UAE experience in inventory checking or a similar role.
Required skills
- Inventory control procedures.
- Stock management.
- Data checking and reporting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
