Investment Advisor – Off‑Plan Property Sales (Commission Only)

About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking a motivated Investment Advisor to specialise in off‑plan property sales. The role is commission‑only and focuses on matching high‑net‑worth investors with premium development projects in the dynamic Dubai market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify investors interested in off‑plan developments.
• Present investment opportunities that align with clients' financial objectives.
• Conduct property consultations, both virtual and in‑person, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and promote a personal brand within the luxury real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate, preferably with off‑plan projects.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self‑motivation to generate leads.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification if not already held.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
