Training Manager – Real Estate Sales Training (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to design and deliver onboarding and sales training programmes for our real‑estate development business in Dubai. The role will support the Sales Department by ensuring new joiners are fully prepared to represent our projects and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes for new Sales Department joiners.
• Conduct product, sales and company induction training for new employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals and practical exercises.
• Train sales teams on projects, USPs, market positioning and sales techniques.
• Facilitate role‑plays, assessments and knowledge checks to ensure sales‑readiness.
• Identify training needs and continuously improve the sales training process.
• Monitor employee performance and development during and after onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and HR to align training with business objectives.
• Keep training content up‑to‑date with project, product and market changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or Sales Trainer within a real‑estate development company.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and developer sales processes.
• Experience delivering onboarding and sales training for new joiners.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation and customer engagement.
• Ability to create engaging, structured training programmes from scratch.
• Confident public speaker capable of motivating large groups.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
