Investment And B2B Operations Specialist

About the role

Bybit is expanding from a crypto exchange to a full‑stack digital financial platform. The Investment and B2B Operations Specialist will lead the design, launch, and scaling of fiat‑based and investment‑related B2B products worldwide, supporting user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise operational frameworks for fiat products such as OTC, broker services and structured fiat flows.
• Build and iterate business and revenue models, including spreads, incentives and partner economics.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across LATAM, SEA, EU and other key regions.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of B2B fiat initiatives, including Fiat‑as‑a‑Broker, OTC/RFQ flows, stablecoin partnerships and payment infrastructure outsourcing.
• Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Compliance and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant and revenue‑generating business lines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product operations, B2B business development or fintech finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design revenue models and conduct market analysis.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work with product, treasury, compliance and regional teams.
• Familiarity with global fiat infrastructure, stablecoins and institutional crypto services.
