IT Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Al Meera is looking for a versatile IT Administrator to manage its IT infrastructure across office, manufacturing and warehouse sites in Dubai. The role involves network administration, Microsoft 365 cloud management, hardware support and physical security technology oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, desktop and network connectivity issues across all locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, group policies and email protocols.
• Configure, maintain and monitor network devices such as Wi‑Fi access points, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Execute data backup schedules, system restores and cybersecurity measures to protect corporate data.
• Oversee CCTV cameras and electronic access‑control systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform system updates, hardware repairs and routine maintenance to maximise infrastructure stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or system support.
• UAE work experience preferred.
